YTKK’nın Ticari Defterler, Defter Tutma ve Envanter Başlıklı, Defter Tutma Yükümlülüğü bölümünde;
“MADDE 64- (1) Her tacir, ticari defterleri tutmak ve defterlerinde, ticari işlemleriyle malvarlığı durumunu, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartlarına ve 88 inci madde hükümleri başta olmak üzere bu Kanuna göre açıkça görülebilir bir şekilde ortaya koymak zorundadır. Defterler, üçüncü kişi uzmanlara, makul bir süre içinde yapacakları incelemede işletmenin faaliyetleri ve finansal durumu hakkında fikir verebilecek şekilde tutulur. İşletme faaliyetlerinin oluşumu ve gelişmesi defterlerden izlenebilmelidir.
(2) Tacir, işletmesiyle ilgili olarak gönderilmiş bulunan her türlü belgenin, fotokopi, karbonlu kopya, mikrofiş, bilgisayar kaydı veya benzer şekildeki bir kopyasını, yazılı, görsel veya elektronik ortamda saklamakla yükümlüdür.
(3) Ticari defterler, açılış ve kapanışlarında noter tarafından onaylanır. Kapanış onayları, izleyen faaliyet döneminin altıncı ayının sonuna kadar yapılır. Şirketlerin kuruluşunda defterlerin açılışı ticaret sicili müdürlükleri tarafından da onaylanabilir. Açılış onayının noter tarafından yapıldığı hâllerde noter, ticaret sicili tasdiknamesini aramak zorundadır. Türkiye Muhasebe Standartlarına göre elektronik ortamda veya dosyalama suretiyle tutulan defterlerin açılış ve kapanış onaylarının şekli ve esasları ile bu defterlerin nasıl tutulacağı Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığınca bir tebliğle belirlenir.
(4) Pay defteri, yönetim kurulu karar defteri ve genel kurul toplantı ve müzakere defteri gibi işletmenin muhasebesiyle ilgili olmayan defterler de ticari defterlerdir.
(5) Yevmiye, defteri kebir ve envanter defteri dışında tutulacak defterler Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları Kurulu tarafından bir tebliğ ile belirlenir.
II - Defterlerin tutulması
MADDE 65- (1) Defterler ve gerekli diğer kayıtlar Türkçe tutulur. Kısaltmalar, rakamlar, harfler ve semboller kullanıldığı takdirde bunların anlamları açıkça belirtilmelidir.
(2) Defterlere yazımlar ve diğer gerekli kayıtlar, eksiksiz, doğru, zamanında ve düzenli olarak yapılır.
(3) Bir yazım veya kayıt, önceki içeriği belirlenemeyecek şekilde çizilemez ve değiştirilemez. Kayıt sırasında mı yoksa daha sonra mı yapıldığı anlaşılmayan değiştirmeler yasaktır.
(4) Defterler ve gerekli diğer kayıtlar, olgu ve işlemleri saptayan belgelerin dosyalanması şeklinde veya veri taşıyıcıları aracılığıyla tutulabilir; şu şartla ki, muhasebenin bu tutuluş biçimleri ve bu konuda uygulanan yöntemler Türkiye Muhasebe Standartlarına uygun olmalıdır. Defterlerin ve gerekli diğer kayıtların elektronik ortamda tutulması durumunda, bilgilerin saklanma süresince bunlara ulaşılmasının ve bu süre içinde bunların her zaman kolaylıkla okunmasının temin edilmiş olması şarttır. Elektronik ortamda tutulma hâlinde birinci ilâ üçüncü fıkra hükümleri kıyas yoluyla uygulanır.
Kanunun 64. maddesinin 1.fıkrasından da anlaşılacağı üzere, ticari defterlerin IFRS ile uyumlu TMS’ye uygun şekilde tutulacağı emredici bir hüküm niteliğindedir.. Bu suretle bilgi kullanıcılara ve üçüncü şahıslara şeffaf, adil ve tutarlı finansal bilgileri sunmak zorunda olan tüm sermeye şirketleri bu hususta, profesyonel muhasebe-denetim meslek mensuplarının seçimi ve eğitimi konusunda finansal tablolardan sorumlu yönetim kurulları-organları çalışmalarına ivedilikle başlamalıdırlar.
64. maddenin 2. fıkrasının en önemli özelliği, mezkur kanunun gerekçe kısmında açıklanmış ve “ belge yoksa kayıtta yoktur ilkesinden hareketle ( evrak-ı müsbiteye ) , teknik gelişmelere uygun saklama ortamını sınırlayıcı olmayan, gelişmelere açık bir tarzda gösterilmiştir. Bu bağlamda da geçtiğimiz yıllarda Maliye Bakanlığı’na VUK Mükerrer 242. madde ile “elektronik defter, belge ve kayıtların oluşturulması, kaydedilmesi, iletilmesi, muhafaza ve ibrazı ile defter ve belgelerin elektronik ortamda tutulması ve düzenlenmesi uygulamasına ilişkin usul ve esasları belirleme yetkisi verilmiştir. Aynı maddede, elektronik ortamda tutulmasına ve düzenlenmesine izin verilen defter ve belgelerde yer alması gereken bilgilerin Maliye Bakanlığı'na veya belirleyeceği gerçek veya tüzel kişilere aktarma zorunluluğu getirmeye ve bu hususlarla ilgili uygulamaya ilişkin usul ve esasları tespit etme yetkisi de verilmiş bulunmaktadır.” Maliye Bakanlığı kanunla kendisine verilen yetkisini kullanarak 11.07.2006 tarihinde 361 sıra nolu Vergi Usul Kanunu Genel Tebliği'ni yayımlamış ve uygulama esaslarını belirlemiştir. Farklı hukuk disiplinleri arasında yapılan bu düzenlemeler uygulamada herhangi bir sorun yaşanmaması açısından müspet bir gelişme olarak karşımızda durmaktadır.
6762 sayılı TTK’ dan farklı olarak mezkur kanun ,tüm ticari defterlerin açılış ve kapanış tasdikine tabi olmasını buyurmuş, özellikle çift defter kullanma olasılığını ortadan kaldırmıştır. Pay defteri, karar defteri ve genel kurul karar defterlerinde sıklıkla rastlanan çift defter tutma durumu, biri kapanmadan açılan-kapanan defterler ihtilaflarda mahkemelerin önüne farklı defterleri çıkarmakta ve hukuki süreç tıkanmaktaydı. Ayrıca kapanış tasdiklerinin onay süresi, uygulamada zaman sıkışıklığına neden olmaması için faaliyet dönemini izleyen altıncı ayın sonuna uzatılmıştır.
Defterlerin tutulması başlıklı 65. maddesinin 1 fıkrası, ayrıca yorumlamayı gerektirmeyecek bir şekilde defterlerin ve gerekli diğer kayıtların Türkçe’den başka bir dilde tutulamayacağı emredici niteliktedir. Maddenin ikinci fıkrası bilanço ilkelerine atıfta bulunmuş, muhasebe kayıtlarının eksiksiz doğru ve zamanında yapılmasında TMS ile özdeş olan IFRS’in kavramsal çerçevesinde de belirtildiği gibi finansal tablo kullanıcılarının ihtiyacını karşılayacak tam, doğru, zamanında ve düzenli kayıt prensibine uygun bir düzenleme yapmıştır.
SONUÇ:
Belirli maddelerin niteliklerine göre 1 Temmuz 2012 ve özellikle muhasebe standartlarının uygulanması açısından 1 Ocak 2013 tarihi itibaren uygulamaya girecek Yeni TTK, ticari defterler ve bu defterlerin tutulması açısından IFRS’yi baz almıştır. Artık muhasebe kayıt ve uygulamalarının vergi usul kanunu ve vergi mevzuatına göre tutulmasından ziyade, defter ve kayıtlarda yer alan bilgilerin profesyonel muhasebe-denetim meslek mensuplarınca IFRS’yi temel alarak hazırlaması emredici niteliktedir. Vergi verileri ve sonuçları sadece muhasebenin bir sonucu olup, amacı olmayacaktır. Yeni TTK’da şirketlerde en önemli organ olan denetçiler ve uygulamacılar yaklaşan bu sürece uyum sağlamalıdırlar.

Types of WCF Binding
WCF provides nine built-in bindings:
- BasicHttpBinding: Basic web service communication. Exposes WCF services as legacy ASMX web services. Used for interoperability. No security by default.
- WSHttpBinding: Web services with WS-* support. Supports transactions and reliable messaging.
- WSDualHttpBinding: Web services with duplex contract and transaction support.
- WSFederationHttpBinding: Web services with federated security. Supports transactions.
- MsmqIntegrationBinding: Communication directly with MSMQ applications. Supports transactions.
- NetMsmqBinding: Communication between WCF applications by using queuing. Supports transactions.
- NetNamedPipeBinding: Communication between WCF applications on same computer. Supports duplex contracts and transactions.
- NetPeerTcpBinding: Communication between computers across peer-to-peer services. Supports duplex contracts.
- NetTcpBinding: Communication between WCF applications across computers. Supports duplex contracts and transactions.
- Although most bindings will work on scenarios they are not designed for, it's a good practice to choose the right binding for a given a situation. You need to identify your potential use-cases and apply a Binding Decision best practices.
BasicHttpBinding
It is suitable for communicating with ASP.NET Web services (ASMX)-based services that comfort with WS-Basic Profile conformant Web services.This binding uses HTTP as the transport and text/XML as the default message encoding.
Security is disabled by default
This binding does not support WS-* functionalities like WS- Addressing, WS-Security, WS-ReliableMessaging
It is fairly weak on interoperability.
WSHttpBinding
Defines a secure, reliable, interoperable binding suitable for non-duplex service contracts.It offers lot more functionality in the area of interoperability.
It supports WS-* functionality and distributed transactions with reliable and secure sessions using SOAP security.
It uses HTTP and HTTPS transport for communication.
Reliable sessions are disabled by default.
WSDualHttpBinding
This binding is same as that of WSHttpBinding, except it supports duplex service. Duplex service is a service which uses duplex message pattern, which allows service to communicate with client via callback.In WSDualHttpBinding reliable sessions are enabled by default. It also supports communication via SOAP intermediaries.
WSFederationHttpBinding
This binding support federated security. It helps implementing federation which is the ability to flow and share identities across multiple enterprises or trust domains for authentication and authorization. It supports WS-Federation protocol.NetTcpBinding
This binding provides secure and reliable binding environment for .Net to .Net cross machine communication. By default it creates communication stack using WS-ReliableMessaging protocol for reliability, TCP for message delivery and windows security for message and authentication at run time. It uses TCP protocol and provides support for security, transaction and reliability.NetNamedPipeBinding
This binding provides secure and reliable binding environment for on-machine cross process communication. It uses NamedPipe protocol and provides full support for SOAP security, transaction and reliability. By default it creates communication stack with WS-ReliableMessaging for reliability, transport security for transfer security, named pipes for message delivery and binary encoding.NetMsmqBinding
This binding provides secure and reliable queued communication for cross-machine environment.Queuing is provided by using MSMQ as transport.
It enables for disconnected operations, failure isolation and load leveling
NetPeerTcpBinding
This binding provides secure binding for peer-to-peer environment and network applications.It uses TCP protocol for communication
It provides full support for SOAP security, transaction and reliability.

Herhangi bir inheritance(miras, kalıtım) uygulanmadığı için B sınıfı varsayılan olarak Object sınıfından miras alır. Bu durumda B'den yaratılacak nesneler için ilk aranacak metotlar B sınıfının içindekiler sonra B'nin miras aldığı Object sınıfı içindekiler olacak.
Nesnenin daima __proto__ su vardır ve inherit ettiği sınıfların bilgilerini barındırır.
Bir nesne içinde property araması yapıldığında önce kendi içinde (hasOwnProperty) sonra inherit ettiği sınıfların içinde propertylerde arama yapar.
